Configure your company's network to use WEBITEACH - updated 24/05/21
Important : these parameters are to be used for the new version of Webiteach only available on trial instances for now. For the Webiteach version running on production environment, please refer to this page
If users encounter some issues to use Webiteach (the visioconferencing tool integrated to MOBITEACH), a diagnosis tool is available here : https://webrtc.mobiteach.fr/
If MOBITEACH users connect to the Internet via a corporate network (VPN, Proxy), in the case of network errors indicated by the Webiteach diagnosis tool or if they cannot access to MOBITEACH, the network must be configured to authorize access to the solutions.
Here are the authorizations that your IT department should apply :
