Configure your company's network to use WEBITEACH - updated 24/05/21

Webiteach diagnosis tool


If users encounter some issues to use Webiteach (the visioconferencing tool integrated to MOBITEACH), a diagnosis tool is available here : https://webrtc.mobiteach.fr/


Corporate network configuration required



If MOBITEACH users connect to the Internet via a corporate network (VPN, Proxy), in the case of network errors indicated by the Webiteach diagnosis tool or if they cannot access to MOBITEACH, the network must be configured to authorize access to the solutions.

Here are the authorizations that your IT department should apply :
Note : These parameters are for the future version of Webiteach, they have been simplified and have evolved. In red are specified the parameters that have changed compared to the previous configuration.
