How to use WEBITEACH? - Participant side

MOBITEACH integrates a videoconferencing tool allowing the moderator to communicate with the participants in audio and video and to perform screen sharing.

JOIN WEBITEACH

When the moderator launches WEBITEACH, on the participant's side a browser window asks for authorization to use the microphone and the camera: you must click on Authorize to be able to launch WEBITEACH subsequently.



After checking that the correct microphone and camera are selected, the participant clicks on the Join button.

The following icons allow him to:
activate / deactivate microphone
raise his hand to let the moderator know that they want to speak
start Live Chat
open the briefcase

SHARE YOUR SCREEN

When the moderator offers a participant to share his screen, a window appears on the participant's screen so that they can choose the screen to share:
his entire screen (he can choose between any connected screens if he uses more than one)
a window of a specific application
or a browser tab

To end sharing, the participant clicks on the Stop button in the top banner of his screen.
