Library

MOBITEACH offers, in the moderator interface, a space to centralize all educational resources within the tool. Each author can import, create, make available content very easily. The library offers 3 subspaces to manage resources: my folders, my shared folders and archives.

MY FOLDERS

This is the place where the moderator's educational resources are created and managed.

In this space, it is possible to:
create or duplicate a file or an activity (quiz, document, survey, etc.)
edit and / or start an activity from the library
drag one or more activities into a folder
share a document with other users
transform a file into a briefcase
place a document in the archives
delete a folder or a file
download a file in re-importable .mbt format
synchronize a folder or an activity with the cloud

SHARED FOLDERS

This space brings together all the files shared with the moderator, which are available to create a training session.

In this space, it is possible to:
view shared activities in a folder
duplicate one or more activities to integrate them into “My files”
start an activity from the library
export a shared folder in re-importable .mbt format

These shared folders are not editable. The moderator can dig into the activities of these files to orchestrate their session. If he wishes to modify them, he must first duplicate them to make them editable in the "My folders" area.

ARCHIVES

The Archives space is available to store files that are no longer useful to the moderator, and thus build up a training history.

In this space, it is possible to:
consult the content of archived files
put the folder back in “My folders”
edit a file

These archived files can be transferred to the "My files" area at any time to make them available again.
