Participants

This space manages the addition, import and access of participants in the room, as well as the distribution into sub-groups. It consists of a Participants tab and a Groups tab.

PARTICIPANTS TAB

The Participants area gives an overview of the list of participants already registered in a room, either in the form of a list or in the form of a panel.

** Two visual clues ** indicate when one or more participants are connected to the moderator's room:

A red circle with the number of participants connected in the side menu
A "Wifi" pictogram in green before each name of the connected participant

How to add one or more participants?

By clicking on the "Add New" button, two options are possible:

** Add participant**: this option opens a form of fields to enter the data of a new participant
** Import participant**: this option proposes to import an Excel file containing a list of participants (this option also proposes to download an Excel file template to enter several participants)

What are the possible actions on a participant?

The moderator can perform a number of actions on a participant:

** Edit participant reports**: the moderator has access to all session and participant activity reports
** View the participant's QR code**: displays the QR code and email address of the selected participant
** Invite a participant by email**: the participant receives an email indicating the name of the moderator's room and a reminder of the email address with which to connect to MOBITEACH
** Exclude a participant**: the participant can no longer connect to the moderator's room
** Modify the participant's information**: the moderator can modify the participant's data (last name, first name, email, organization ...)
** Delete a participant**: the participant is deleted from the list of people registered in the room

A search engine is available to find the name of a participant more easily.

What are the possible actions on several selected participants?

In the interface, it is possible to select several participants (or all participants). When a multi-selection is made, a choice banner appears:

This choice banner offers the following options:

** Create a group**: displays the list of participants and suggests giving a name to the group
** Display the QR codes of the participants**: displays all the QR codes of the selected participants
** Invite**: sends an invitation email to all the selected participants to connect to the moderator's room
** Exclude**: participants can no longer connect to the moderator's room
** Authorize**: participants can again connect to the moderator's room
** Delete**: the participants are deleted from the list of people registered in the room

GROUPS TAB

This tab shows all the groups already formed from the Participants tab.

The ** Add ** button allows you to add a group and:

give a group name
optionally choose an image to personalize the group
add participants

Already existing groups can also be modified with the same options by double-clicking on one of them.

FOCUS ON THE DISPLAY OF PARTICIPATING ACCESS ON FACE-TO-FACE

During a face-to-face session, a meeting or a seminar, MOBITEACH provides the moderator with a display of participant access, which can be video-projected.

By clicking on the "Display participant access" button:

The moderator can project the following visual on the screen:

This display shows:

** the procedure to connect ** (URL, QR Code of the room and actions to be carried out by the participant)
** the name of the room, the name of the moderator and the participants connected to the room **

As participants log in, they are displayed on the screen. This functionality is only intended for face-to-face sessions.
