The first steps of the PARTICIPANT on MOBITEACH



LOG IN


To access MOBITEACH on a smartphone or tablet equipped with a QR Code reader, the participant can scan the QR Code provided by the moderator for easier access to the room.
To access the MOBITEACH session via a computer, the participant goes, from his browser (Chrome or Edge), to the web address indicated by the moderator.

Depending on the access mode defined by the moderator, the participant must, in addition to the room name provided, indicate either:
his email address (Public access)
his email address and the PIN code indicated by the moderator
his email address and the password of his MOBITEACH account

If the participant has not previously been registered for the MOBITEACH room and the moderator allows it, the participant can create his own account to access the room.

A participant can have an account on several rooms. He will then have to choose from the drop-down list the one in which he wishes to participate.

CUSTOMIZE YOUR PROFILE


Once connected to the MOBITEACH room, the participant can modify his profile. To do this, he must:
click on his name at the top right of the screen
click on Profile

He can thus edit his information concerning:
his Profile: title, first name, last name, date of birth and telephone (the information to be filled in is indicated by an asterisk), language preference for the MOBITEACH interface
his Organization: company and function
his Connection parameters: password modification

To modify his profile photo , the participant clicks directly on the image present. In the window that opens, he clicks on "Browse" to select the desired profile image on his computer, then he validates by clicking on "Save".

Once the profile modifications are complete, the participant saves them by clicking on Submit.

CONNECT TO WEBITEACH


When the moderator launches WEBITEACH, the videoconferencing feature, the MOBITEACH application requests authorization from the participants to access their microphone and their camera.

After verifying that the microphone and camera selected by default are correct, the participant clicks on Join to activate the video conference.

When the participant is connected to WEBITEACH he has access to the following options via the pictograms offered either at the bottom of the image of his video if the WEBITEACH panel is open, or on the banner on the left of the screen if the WEBITEACH panel is closed :
activate / deactivate microphone
activate / deactivate your camera
raise his hand to indicate to the moderator that they wish to speak / lower his hand
Options accessible only when the MOBITEACH shutter is open:
open the WEBITEACH settings to modify the microphone or camera used
show / hide his video (even if the camera remains activated).

PARTICIPATE IN ACTIVITIES


When the moderator launches an activity, the participant is invited to access it by clicking on Participate .

COMMUNICATE WITH LIVE CHAT


If the moderator has enabled it, the participant can use Live Chat to communicate in writing with the trainer and the other participants.
To access Live Chat, the participant clicks on the icon with the bubbles located on the left of the screen.

SIGN THE ATTENDANCE SHEET


When the moderator sends a request to sign the attendance sheet, a window opens on the participant's screen: he signs with his mouse or by hand if he uses a computer with a touch screen, a smartphone or a tablet.

LOG OUT


To leave the MOBITEACH room, the participant clicks on his profile picture at the top right of the screen, then on Disconnect .
