Step 0: Have a moderator account

CREATE AN MODERATOR ACCOUNT

The creation of a moderator account with its associated room is carried out by a MOBITEACH administrator. Make your requests to your MOBITEACH contact.
The number of moderator accounts for your organization or company depends on the subscription plan purchased.

ACCESS TO YOUR MODERATOR ACCOUNT

To access your moderator account:
go to your MOBITEACH space using the Chrome or Edge browser: either at the address app.mobiteach.net, or with the personalized url of their organization
click on Moderator
enter the email address used to create the moderator account and the associated password.

The moderator then accesses his personal room and all the functionalities at his disposal to prepare his training sessions.

DEFINE YOUR ROOM PREFERENCES

Before using their MOBITEACH room, the moderator sets a certain number of preferences in the Tools area, Preferences tab, among which the most useful are:
Live Chat options: activation by default, notifications
the default activation of the Briefcase
the authorization of modification of their profile by the participants
whether or not to send an email to participants when creating accounts
