Observation activity

Create an Observation activity

This activity allows the moderator to assess skills or behaviors that he observes in the participants, for example during scenarios or role plays.

CREATION

The moderator creates his ** Observation ** activity in the library:

  1. He clicks on the ** Create ** button in the ** My folders ** tab.
  2. He selects the activity ** Observation **
  3. He ** assigns a name ** to his activity
  4. He can optionally add tags and a description

** Once the activity has been created, he can then: **

  1. Set the pass mark for this assessment
  2. Save by clicking on ** Send **
  3. Add the evaluation items in the Questions tab by clicking on the ** Add ** button, then on ** Multiple choice **

For each item to be evaluated, the moderator specifies:

  • the title of the question
  • possibly the theme to which it belongs
  • the maximum number of responses
  • the different response proposals
  • the weighting of each answer
  • the feedback associated with this item

Observation activity: creating questions

The moderator then integrates his activity into a session or launches it directly from the library.

DISSEMINATION SIDE ANIMATOR

When launching the broadcasting of an ** Observation ** activity, the moderator must first define the participants he will evaluate.

Observation Activity - Live: evaluation

Then, the first question is displayed: for each participant, the moderator indicates his assessment for the item concerned.
He can move on to the next question by clicking on the Next question button or choose to display another question using the drop-down list.

DISSEMINATION ON THE PARTICIPATING SIDE

During this activity nothing is displayed on the participant interface.
